The Pazo (Galician manor) da Cruz is a traditional seventeen century stately home, where writer and ethnographer Maximino Fernández Sendín collected over 4,000 articles of historic and ethnographic value. The Pazo da Cruz pursues the recreation of a lost way of life, through the exhibition of an antique kitchen with a stone oven, an “hórreo” (traditional granary on stilts), a “parrumeira” (larder), stables and sheds, as well as a large collection of various historic objects.
