Building of medieval origin where Salvador Dali gave form to his creativity, thinking about one person: Gala and one function: a suitable place for his wife’s rest and shelter. Many of the decorative elements: furniture, paintings, sculptures, drawings and graphic works, are original items designed by the artist. In addition, there´s a small collection of modernist decorative objects. There are several sitting rooms, like the “Coat of Arms Room”, a guest room and an old kitchen converted into Gala’s bathroom. You can also visit Dali’s last workshop and the crypt that turned the castle into Gala’s mausoleum.
